Though stories of Tree of Life or similar idea have appeared in myths and scriptures throughout the world, I have not consciously derived my artwork from any of them. I've used the term as it appeared to be most suitable term for a personal myth I attempted to create in a visual form.
My Tree of Life for me is both a symbol for Nature as well as Cosmos itself. In my sculptural work, it may appear as tree like or plant like
form or interconnected abstract, organic form. More often, many of my works are just 3-d forms that pretend to represent just a very minute part of this endless Tree.
With my work, I like to develop theme by further dividing it into various sub-themes; and each art piece represents a various aspect of that sub-theme. Each piece
then is simultaneously a piece in itself and a part of whole. These galleries below show works of these sub-themes:
